Rules for accessing and using the Larkum Scheduling Demo service.
Use of the service
- The demo is provided for evaluation, testing, training, and internal review of scheduling workflows.
- You must not use the service for unlawful activity, security abuse, or attempts to interfere with other tenants.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials and approved access methods secure.
Accounts and access
- Access levels are role-based and must only be used for legitimate operational or support purposes.
- Admins are responsible for reviewing approvals, assignments, and tenant data within their workspace.
- Support and elevated access features must not be used outside authorized operational contexts.
Demo lifecycle and availability
- Demo workspaces may be time-limited and can move into grace or recovery flows based on the configured lifecycle.
- Features, test data, and availability may change as the product evolves.
- No guarantee is made that demo data will remain available indefinitely unless the workspace is explicitly persistent.
Limits and responsibility
- The service is provided on an as-available basis for demonstration and evaluation purposes.
- You should not treat the demo as your sole source of record for live operational activity without appropriate controls.
- You remain responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of information entered into your workspace.
